Trusted Tech at Home provides in-home technology assistance to individuals, seniors, families, and home-office users in Bonney Lake and nearby South Sound communities. Services include but are not limited to device setup, troubleshooting, instruction, Wi-Fi and network help, home-office assistance, and scam-prevention guidance.
Trusted Tech at Home also provides household continuity planning, business and organizational digital-continuity planning, and selected remote follow-up or planning assistance by arrangement. Availability, service area, project deliverables, and pricing vary by service and are confirmed before work begins.
Appointments, consultations, and planning sessions are scheduled by phone, text, or through the contact form on this website. We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment timing is confirmed before work begins. Standard in-home service is due at the time of service. Fixed-price continuity or planning engagements may use a separate written payment schedule. We accept cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle. A receipt will be provided upon request.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete the service or deliverables agreed upon before work begins. We cannot guarantee that every technology problem can be fixed in a single visit. If a device requires replacement parts, manufacturer support, or a specialist, we will explain that clearly and honestly before proceeding.
Continuity plans and recommendations are based on information confirmed by the client and the availability and rules of third-party providers. They do not guarantee future account access, data recovery, legal authority, uninterrupted operations, or the continued availability of any third-party service.
We do not bypass passwords, install unlicensed software, or perform any work that would compromise your privacy or the security of your devices.
We will never ask you to disclose or send passwords. Any login, banking, or sensitive account access during a visit or remote session will be entered by you. We do not record, store, or retain passwords or personal account credentials.
Trusted Tech at Home is not liable for data loss, hardware failure, software issues, third-party service changes, or service interruptions that occur before, during, or after an appointment, remote session, or continuity-planning engagement. We recommend backing up your data regularly. If you would like help setting up automatic backups, that is a service we can provide.
