Why Work With Barry?
After 25 years in technology — supporting networks, devices, and complex systems at major health systems nationwide — I decided to focus on something more personal.
As a senior myself, I understand how frustrating technology can be when it’s not working right or no one takes the time to explain it clearly.
I help make technology easier, safer, and less stressful for you and your loved ones.

Premium In-Home Support, Clearly Priced
This is patient, professional help in your home — not discount repair-counter service. Core visit pricing is simple, with specialty services packaged separately.
In-Home Service
First hour. Includes diagnosis, hands-on help, and clear explanation before I leave.
Additional Time
Per additional 30 minutes after the first hour.
I’ll Call Support For You
Onsite add-on. While I’m at your home, I call your cable, phone, internet, printer, or device provider with you there to handle passcodes and account verification. Up to 45 minutes on hold.
Quarterly Tech Care
Seasonal check-in visit for updates, Wi-Fi, backups, scam awareness, printers, and device cleanup.
Relocation Packages
Pre-move prep, essential move-in setup, and whole-home deployments are priced separately based on scope.
Same-day priority scheduling is offered when the calendar allows and is intended for urgent issues that need faster help. Support-call handling is an onsite add-on and does not replace the standard visit fee.
What to Expect
A simple guide to how visits, pricing, and common questions work.
Before the Visit
You describe what is happening, what devices are involved, and whether the issue feels urgent. I’ll let you know what to expect and if any additional info would help.
During the Visit
I’ll look at the issue, explain what I’m doing in plain English, and make sure you understand the result before I leave — whether that means helping you feel comfortable with a device or getting your home office working again.
Pricing & Payment
- In-home service: $149 first hour.
- Additional time: $60 per 30 minutes.
- Onsite add-on: $125 for “I’ll call support for you” (in addition to the visit fee, up to 45 minutes on hold).
- Quarterly check‑in: $189 per visit.
- 4‑visit prepaid pack: $720 (save $36).
- Same‑day priority scheduling: $75 add-on when available.
- Payment is due at time of service.
Important Boundaries
I do not bypass passwords, install illegal software, or perform work that compromises privacy or security. If a repair requires a specialist or outside vendor, I’ll explain that clearly.
